I came from what could be considered a rough life, although I didn't realize it was that way because it was just normal. We had food, shelter, clothing, even a nice home. But underneath was deep self-loathing that I could not understand or even name.

I experienced profound transformation when I decided to no longer live that way. Multiple times I experienced this transformation, each time refining it. Getting myself out of deep dark places with no humans to help, just the universe leading the way.

When I did this work, I saw who my mother truly was. I was no longer under her narcissist spell. The shift happened in days, not years of therapy.
