Speaker Release Form for Podcasts and Summits

This Agreement is entered into by Tanya Kebernik ("Organizer") and the undersigned Speaker/Guest ("Speaker"). By signing this Agreement, the Speaker grants Tanya Kebernik permission to record, use, and distribute their presentation/interview for any event or summit organized by Tanya Kebernik, including but not limited to The Light Revolution Summit, and for any related promotional activities, marketing, or commercial use, across any platform or medium, now or in the future.

1. Grant of Rights

The Speaker hereby grants Tanya Kebernik the right to use their name, voice, appearance, likeness, image, words, participation, and professional designation in whole or in part, in any recording and/or compilation of their presentation, as well as in any correspondence, publicity, advertising, promotional, or derivative materials. This grant is unconditional and irrevocable. Tanya Kebernik is not obligated to use the rights granted under this Agreement.

2. Ownership and Distribution of Recordings

The Speaker agrees that Tanya Kebernik holds the worldwide rights, including the copyright, to the recordings of the Speaker’s presentation. Tanya Kebernik may use, reproduce, distribute, sell, prepare derivative works, advertise, and publicize the recordings in any format, with or without modification, at her sole discretion.

Speaker Retention: While Tanya Kebernik owns the recordings, the Speaker retains the right to use their own recording for any purpose.
Editing: Tanya Kebernik may edit the recordings at her discretion for promotional or commercial use.

3. Access to Recording

Upon written request, the Speaker will be provided with an electronic copy of their recording.

4. Promotion and Marketing

The Speaker agrees to:

Email Marketing: Send a minimum of one email to their entire database during the agreed-upon promotional period. Failure to do so may result in being removed from the show.

Social Media: Share at least one promotional post on all available social media platforms during the promotional period, as outlined by the Organizer.

5. Optional Paid Upgrade / Revenue Share

If the Speaker offers an optional paid package, session, or product specifically for the event, the Organizer and Speaker agree to split net revenues 50/50.

“Net revenues” means total income received from the upgrade minus any processing fees or direct costs.

Payment to the Speaker will be made within [X days] of revenue receipt.

The Organizer will provide a sales report detailing revenue for transparency.

6. Speaker's Authority

The Speaker represents that they have the full right, power, and authority to grant this release and fulfill all obligations under this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is breached, Tanya Kebernik shall be entitled to injunctive relief or any other remedy deemed appropriate under the law.

7. Indemnification

The Speaker agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Tanya Kebernik from any and all claims, losses, expenses, and liabilities, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from any inaccuracies or breaches of this Agreement. The Speaker also releases Tanya Kebernik from any and all claims related to the use of the recordings.

8. Governing Law and Miscellaneous

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, and constitutes the entire understanding between the parties. Any amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
